Return/Refund policy
DUE TO THE NATURE of our products we DO NOT offer RETURNS. Our items are made when purchased. We’re happy to offer a refund if there is any damage to an order. This can be things like manufacturing errors, items arriving with holes, or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage. To do so, please reach out with photo evidence of the item’s improper condition.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
We DO NOT offer exchanges at this time.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your photos documenting your damage, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I return my Nectar Napkins order if I change my mind?
Hey lover, due to the intimate nature of our products (and because we make each item just for you!), we do not accept returns. Once you order, it’s yours to cherish! 💖 Need help? Always email us at info@nectarnapkins.com.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Oh no, we never want that! 😢 If your order shows up with a manufacturing error, holes, or any obvious damage, snap a pic and send it over to info@nectarnapkins.com. We'll work our magic to get you a refund if the damage checks out!
Do you offer exchanges if I ordered the wrong item?
Sorry, darling — we do not offer exchanges at this time. Each piece is specially made for you! Double-check your selections before checkout to keep your love affair with your new Nectar goodies sizzling. 🔥
How do refunds work if my item is damaged?
Once we receive and review your juicy photo proof, we’ll let you know if you’re approved for a refund. 💌 If yes, your refund will head back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it's been more than 15 business days since approval, send us a nudge at info@nectarnapkins.com. We’ll make it right, lover. 😘
