Return & Refund Policy

At Nectar Napkins, your pleasure is our priority—but due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept general returns. That said, we’re committed to making things right if something arrives damaged or defective.

💌 Eligible Returns & Refunds

If your item has manufacturing defects—like holes, incorrect print, or arrives in a clearly damaged condition—we’re happy to issue a refund or replacement.
To initiate a claim, please email us at info@nectarnapkins.com within 14 days of delivery and include photo evidence of the issue. We’ll review your request and respond quickly.

⚠️ Items showing signs of use, wear, or laundering cannot be accepted for return. For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept unused products in original condition.

📦 Return Shipping & Costs

  • If the error is on our end (wrong item, manufacturing defect, etc.):
    We’ll cover the return shipping and fully refund your order, including any original shipping costs.

  • If you are requesting a return for any other reason:
    We may allow a return on a case-by-case basis, but you will be responsible for all shipping fees, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Depending on the item and issue, we may choose to let you keep the product without a return—because we believe in keeping things simple and sweet.

⏳ Return Conditions

  • All approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of return authorization.

  • Items must be in resalable condition: unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Returns that do not meet these conditions will be declined without refund.

🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you're located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it—no questions asked.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging, with tags attached.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our conditions, we’ll process your refund promptly.

💸 Refunds

Once your return request is approved and we’ve reviewed the photo evidence of damage, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

If your refund is approved:

  • The funds will be automatically returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear.
