What locations do you ship to?
Currently we offer worldwide shipping to most countries; however shipping is not offered to Guadeloupe, North Korea, Russia, and Ukraine. We package and ship orders to nearly every country across the globe but transit time will vary from location to location. Shipping calculations will be determined at time of checkout. ALL SHIPPING COSTS will be determined based on your address or the address you intend to ship to.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order is packed and shipped, you will get a notification with your tracking information.
Will I receive a tracking number for my package?
Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays or customs inspections. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
How long does it take to arrive once shipped?
Our items are made to order and typically take 1-3 days to process. The delivery time frame is anywhere from 1-10 business days depending on your location. Each item is shipped with tracking information. Please refer to the tracking number that was emailed to you with your order.
