At Nectar Napkins, we want every order to arrive looking fabulous and exactly as it should. Because our products are made to order and many are intended for intimate use, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for non-defective products.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we'll make it right.
💔 Damaged, Defective, Misprinted or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect or misprint, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at info@nectarnapkins.com within 14 days of delivery.
Photo evidence must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
- Clear photos showing the damage, defect, misprint, or incorrect item
Once we've reviewed and approved your claim, we'll provide a replacement or refund for the affected product.
There is no cost to you for an approved damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect-item claim.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong size or design, or other non-defective reasons.
Because of the intimate nature of many Nectar Napkins products, items that have been used, worn, washed, laundered, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
